For a $0 consult fee, physicians can triage acute and common illnesses and write a prescription, if necessary, all through a virtual visit. Additionally, under this plan, you will have access to a discounted cost for MRIs, prescriptions, hearing aids and more!
This plan includes access to preventive care services covered at 100%, unlimited telemedicine visits with a $0 consult fee, virtual behavioral health visits up to 3 times per year for a $50 copay, and copays for prescriptions under tiers 1 & 2. This plan is administered by SBMA and uses the PHCS network and does not offer any out-of-network benefits. This is not considered major medical.
