Deputy General Counsel
Amanda Thompson joined SnapCare in 2022 after 25 years of experience in private practice as a
litigator, trial lawyer and trusted legal advisor to companies of all sizes across many industries, including
the staffing and healthcare industries. She has expertise in providing sound, comprehensive legal advice
while keeping the main focus on the needs and strategic goals of the business. Amanda received her
B.A. in History and Religious Studies from the University of Virginia, after which she returned to her
home state of Florida to earn her J.D., with honors, at the University of Florida. She is an active member
of the American Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel, and she enjoys spending
time with her husband and three children.
