David Burton architected and led a development team that created a new on-demand booking and instant payment platform for the nursing industry. This innovative and transformational technology fueled the formation of SnapCare in 2017. David is a talented IT professional who has over 20 years of experience building breakthrough technology solutions for business including his work at Intercontinental Exchange/NYSE, a company that operates global financial exchanges and clearinghouses. He graduated from California State University, Chico and the University of Texas at Austin. David has a passion for sports, coaching, athletes and philanthropy. His community ‘give-back’ was building a crowdfunding platform for coaches and booster parents called FanAngel.
