Jamie Alix Barber

Jamie Alix Barber, Senior Vice President of Post Acute & Long Term Care and Correctional Health

Jamie brings to SnapNurse over thirty years of experience in Clinical Oncology Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sales, Government Technology Sales and Information Technology, Scientific and Healthcare Staffing.  Her greatest career challenge to date:  teaching Science to Middle School students! Jamie is a graduate of Georgia State University with dual majors in Chemistry and Physics.  She serves Resident Care passionately as a team leader, strategic partner, Cabinet Member of the American Health Care Association’s Workforce Committee, member of the American Association of Post Acute Care Nursing Advisory Council and participates in State Health Care Association workforce initiatives.  Jamie is Founder of J. Alix Barber Photography – The Gallery and Profundities™ Boutique –  where sales proceeds benefit The Atlanta Children’s Shelter.  Jamie loves to travel around the world and resides with her family in Atlanta, GA.
